A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all IPTs. A $500
non-refundable deposit is required for both the Churchill and the Pribilofs
IPTs. The balance is due 2 months before the date of the IPT and is then
non-refundable unless the tour sells out. You will receive notice of
payment due 10 weeks before the date of the IPT. If we do not receive your
check for the balance on or before the due date, we will try to fill your
spot off the waiting list. If your spot is filled, you will lose your
deposit. If not, you can secure your spot by paying your balance.
(You may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance from a travel
agent.)
