More Mark II magic performed by the Canon EOS 1D Mark II and my "toy lens," the old Canon EF 400mm f/5.6 L lens.

BIRDS AS ART IS NOW A BREEZEBROWSER DEALER

I could not exist without BreezeBrowser.  When folks watch me edit my digital images using the slide show mode, they are blown away by how quickly BreezeBrowser loads the images.   In addition, the conversions are great and there are lots of great features (Show Focus Points, the High Quality option, and Show Flashing Highlights) that make my life easier.

Tips on how I use BreezeBrowser for editing, converting raw images, and file management are described in the Digital Basics PDF file

Breezebroswer converts raw images from nearly all Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Minolta and Olympus digital cameras.  As Canon has yet not released the conversion program for the Mark II, BrBr cannot convert the raws at present but you are able to view both the raws and j-peg images with the latest version (2.9).  When and if Canon releases the conversion program for the Mark II, Chris will add that capability to the next version of this wonderful program.  Right now I am converting my Mark II raws with a free PhotoShop CS ACR (Adobe Camera Raw) download available at:

Breeze Browser costs US $49.95  (click here for free trial* or to purchase) and includes one full year of free upgrades.

The Mark II's ability to consistently maintain accurate focus at close range is--in my experience--unprecedented... This image was made with the Canon EOS 1D Mark II Digital Camera and the EF 100-400mm IS L zoom lens.

Best and great picture making to all,

Artie
