Often annoying Bulletin subscriber (only kidding) and IPT participant
Ellen Anon brought Canon's Anti-fog eyepiece to my attention at Bosque.
They work amazingly well. I breathed on her viewfinder on a 16 degree
morning and it remained clear as the blue skies in south central New
Mexico. These viewfinders will be equally effective in the hot and
steamy conditions often found in Florida and other hot places.
There are two Anti-fog eyepieces offered, the Ec for for 1Ns and the Ed
for EOS 3s, A2 and Elan series bodies. The Ed Anti-fog Eyepiece
currently sells for $39.95 plus $6.45 shipping from B&H.
On a side note, if you are ever passing through Erie, PA and need a
shower, stop by Jack and Ellen Anon's house; they have an absolutely
mega shower with a built in stereo, a wet bar, a small but well-stocked
fridge, side shower heads, and tiled bench seating for eight.
